Alii Hale has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 2 full kitchens. The house was designed to afford the owners and their guests a great deal of privacy. As a side benefit, it also offers vacation tenants the right amount of space for their needs. By locking certain doors, there are five different space configurations possible:
- downstrairs1bedroom and 1 bath(without sundeck and jacuzzi)
- upstairs 1 bedroom and 1 bath (without sundeck and jacuzzi)
- upstairs 2 bedroom and 2 bath (without sundeck and jacuzzi)
- upstairs 2 bedroom and 2 bath (with sundeck and jacuzzi)
- whole house (with sundeck and jacuzzi)
Alii Hale is light, peaceful, and tastefully decorated in tropical tones.
The house is air conditioned with separate controls for each room.
Each floor has a full kitchen, living room, and washer and dryer.

Alii Hale means "Royalty House" in Hawaiian. The owners chose that name because they say they feel like royalty as they run their toes through the thick carpet and prepare meals on the granite counter tops. Alii Hale is unpretentious comfort! |
