Activites on the Big Island - 3           Driving to Kawaihae is worthwhile.  It has a beautiful little harbor and excellent restaurants.  The Owners" favorite restaurant is Pesto's.  Tex Humbres (Mexican food) and the Harbor Grill are also great.  Try the home made sorbet at the ice cream shop upstairs in the little shopping center.  The passion fruit is unsurpassed.  If you do not travel to Kawaihae, you can find the same sorbet at the ice-cream shop at the Keauhou-Kona shopping center.     Next
